The size of the rooms was awesome and everything was very clean. The small things like having a ceiling fan, full kitchen, fast wi-fi and being close to restaurants made my stay lovely! Definitely will stay again!

The pool heater was broken as the pool was freezing and that was the whole reason we chose to stay there. Told two staff members who didn’t really seem to care or want to fix it at all. Fireplace in room was filthy. Nothing to cook with for the oven. Location is great though but we will pick something different next time.

Room was a very clean and comfortable suite, with all the amenities of a small apartment, including separate bedroom and bathroom, and full kitchen. Included breakfast was fantastic. Staff was polite and helpful.

We had to stay near Columbus, OH for 10 days while our son received treatment at the hospital. We were disappointed to find out from housekeeping staff that we were given a room that is typically given out for 1 night only because staff was aware the dishwasher didn't work. We made front desk staff aware that it didn't work and they didn't do anything about it. We also asked for cleaning as our hotel room was getting dirty after a few days and they never showed up, we asked again, never showed up and we started to get large bugs. Finally they came after I asked them to for 4 days in a row. I asked again 2 days later and again they never came. I was also disappointed that there were no gluten free options at breakfast. I didn't really expect there to be... It just would have been nice considering how long we stayed, to have something provided that I could eat. Otherwise, my family enjoyed the continental breakfast.

Stayed 1 week for business The room was great! The lobby is welcoming and relaxing Front desk staff was friendly and engaged in conversation nicely, not just a check in, here's your key, actual interesting conversations !

Our room was so clean and comfy! I could not believe how clean and set it was. It was so nice going to a hotel and just having everything you need and could want at hand. The pool was good for the kids. Appeared to be a good area :) Breakfast was good and coffee was hot! Workers were great. I don't have a bad thing to say. :) If we stay in Columbus again I will be going here!

We recently stayed at this Homewood Suites and were very satisfied. I requested a framed photo of Keanu Reeves to be placed in the room, and sure enough it was there on check in. Additionally, I witnessed a lady lose her temper over her own stupidity and 40 lbs of raw chicken that she traveled with. The staff were incredibly accommodating to this woman's INSANE request. Gemarcio displayed far more patience and kindness than that crazy lady deserved.
